Macbook with Apple M3 chip will be launched in October!
Apple is working on its next generation Apple Silicon chip. According to the latest report, users are going to get devices with the company’s new Apple M3 chip soon. Apple will introduce the upcoming M3 chip in the upcoming Mac device. These devices can be launched later this year. Read below to know about it in detail.
When will Apple M3 Macbook be launched?
In his Power On newsletter for Bloomberg, Mark Gurman has given information about the upcoming Mac device. As per the report, he says that Apple may launch new Mac devices with M3 chip in October this year.
He further said that the company may launch a new iMac and 13-inch MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. All these products will come with M3 processor. It is expected that Apple M3 powered devices are coming very soon. However, keep in mind that no information has come from the company in this regard yet.
Why would the M3 chip be special?
Coming to the Apple Silicon M3 processor, the chip is expected to have the same core count as the previous generation. However, we can expect better performance and efficiency as the chipset is being built using the new 3-nanometer (3nm) fabrication process.
As of now, it is not known whether the company will hold a launch event for the new Apple M3 chip and its device. Or the company can also make an announcement through a press release. It will be revealed in the coming time.
MacBook with foldable display in the works
Just a while back, the information about the foldable macbook was revealed in the report. BusinessKorea reported that Apple is in talks with a display supplier for its first MacBook with a foldable display. The foldable MacBook is expected to be introduced in early 2025. At the same time, the official launch is expected to happen after a year i.e. in 2026.
However, till now the company has not made any official announcement in this regard. The report states that Apple’s entry into the foldable display laptop segment is expected to boost the sluggish display market.
These products of the company will be launched in September
Moreover, Apple is gearing up to unveil its upcoming flagship smartphone and smartwatch in September, before launching Macbook devices with the M3 chip in October. The company will also launch the Apple iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro lineup along with the Apple Watch Series 9.
