Two new features in WhatsApp Business, Users will be very useful

Instant messaging app WhatsApp has added Create Ad feature to facilitate its business platform. Also, the Paid Personalized Message feature has been introduced. The company believes that both these new features will improve the user experience and both of them will be very useful for them.

 

WhatsApp Business New Features

According to chat-app WhatsApp, now business users will be able to create ads without a Facebook account with the help of Create Ads. In addition, users will be able to post ads directly from Facebook and Instagram in the app. Apart from this, paid features have also been added to the platform.

Through this feature, users will be able to send personalized messages to their customers by adding their names and call-to-action buttons. Also, there will be facility to schedule the message. However, the company has not yet announced its price.

Looking at the screenshot shared by the company, it is known that business users will be able to send new customers discount codes along with purchase buttons.

 

Testing is going on

Testing of the paid message feature is currently underway. This feature will soon be rolled out to all stable users. Let us tell you that earlier the company had added features like Quick Reply, Greeting Message and Catalog, which are currently very useful for the users.

 

Crossed the figure of 100 million active users

Meta reported that WhatsApp Business has crossed the 200 million active users mark. In the year 2020, the company had 50 million active users.

 

Edit Feature

WhatsApp had introduced the edit message feature for Windows users before launching the feature for the Business app. Through this feature, users can edit the sent message within 15 minutes. The company says that this facility will be very useful for the users and they will be able to send messages to anyone on the platform without making any mistake.

 

Partnership with Truecaller

For your information, remind that messaging app WhatsApp joined hands with caller identity app Truecaller in May to stop fake calls. Both the companies are working together on a new service, through which calls and messages made through the Internet can be easily traced.

Currently, the testing of this service is going on. It is being speculated that the company will soon release this service for all stable users in the coming days.
